Cancellation &
Refund Policy

01. Class Bookings & Cancellations

At Movibes, we value the time and energy of our instructors and fellow members. To ensure everyone has the opportunity to practice, we enforce the following:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled class time.
  • Late cancellations or "no-shows" will result in the loss of that class credit from your package.
  • For unlimited members, a "Late Cancel Fee" may apply to your account after the second occurrence.

02. Memberships & Packages

All class packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased. However, we understand that life happens:

  • Medical Freeze: Memberships can be paused with a valid medical certificate for up to 30 days.
  • Expiration: Please note the validity period of your package. Credits do not roll over once a package expires.

03. Retail Returns & Exchanges

For physical items purchased at our shop (apparel, equipment, or sealed wellness products):

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Exchanges can be made for items of equal or greater value (difference to be paid by the customer).

04. Refund Processing

In the rare event that a refund is approved by management (e.g., duplicate billing):

  • Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment only.
  • Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
